SPC is the abbreviation of stone plastic composites. It is made by extrusion machine combined with T-type abrasive tool to extrude SPC substrate, one-time heating, laminating and embossing. It is a product without glue.
SPC advantages:
1) 100% waterproof, suitable for any indoor area except outdoor use; It will not mildew because of high humidity. In the rainy season more southern areas, SPC floor will not be affected by moisture deformation, is a good choice for the floor.
2) High environmental protection, low formaldehyde content (sales staff will say 0 formaldehyde, but the world's vegetables and fruits can detect formaldehyde, SPC floor processing process without glue, can say no formaldehyde processing), belongs to food grade; SPC floor is a new floor material invented in response to the national emission reduction. The main raw materials of SPC are environment-friendly, non-toxic, renewable resources and reusable floor materials.
3) The fire resistance grade is BF1, which is the highest standard of floor. It will be extinguished automatically after 5 seconds away from the flame. It is flame retardant, non spontaneous combustion, and will not produce toxic and harmful gases. It is suitable for the occasions with high fire control requirements;
4) High strength and wear-resistant, the wear-resistant layer of SPC floor surface is transparent wear-resistant layer processed by high technology, and its wear-resistant revolution can reach about 10000 revolutions. According to the thickness of wear-resistant layer, the service life of SPC floor is more than 10-50 years. SPC floor is a long-life floor, especially suitable for public places with large flow of people and high degree of wear.
