SPC installation steps

Acceptance requirements

● The door and door pocket are cut flat and smooth, and the door can be opened freely;

● The fastening strip shall be fixed firmly, the nut shall not be higher than the surface of the fastening strip, and the length and position shall be appropriate;

● No glue mark, stain, corner drop, crack, scratch and other appearance quality problems on the floor surface;

● The floor expansion joint is not serrated, and the distance from the wall is 8-1 2mm;

● The flatness of the floor surface shall be controlled at 2m and measured by ruler less than 3mm;

● The contact surface of the skirting board shall be flat, the corner shall be straight, and the nail hole shall be repaired;

● The height of floor surface joint is not more than 0.15mm, and the gap is not more than 0.2mm;

● The floor shall be laid firmly without looseness and abnormal sound;

● The special cushion blocks at the reserved joints shall be taken out.

Use & maintenance

● When the indoor humidity is less than or equal to 40%, humidification measures shall be taken; when the indoor humidity is more than or equal to 80%, ventilation and dehumidification shall be adopted;

● The overweight articles should be placed stably, and the furniture and heavy objects should not be pushed, pulled or dragged to avoid scratching the surface of the wear-resistant layer;

Do not expose to strong sunlight for a long time, and close the curtain when the sunlight is strong;

● Do not soak the floor with water. In case of accident, dry the floor with a dry mop in time;

Keep the floor dry and clean. If there is any dirt on the floor surface, wipe it with a damp mop without dripping water;

● Prevent the floor from deformation due to being roasted by cooking utensils;

● A mat should be placed in front of the door to reduce the abrasion of sand on the floor;

● Use special floor cleaner to remove spots and stains; do not use articles with damaging performance, such as metal tools, nylon friction pad and bleaching powder;

● If you do not stay for a long time, you must open windows regularly for ventilation;

● It is suggested to put a mat at the door to prevent a large amount of gravel from entering the room directly, which will cause abnormal wear of the floor surface.

Special reminder:

● The geothermal ground heated by the electric heating system is found to be leaking, and it is strictly prohibited to use the floor heating system after penetrating into the floor base, otherwise it may endanger life safety;

● It is suggested to put a door mat at the door to prevent a large amount of gravel from entering the room directly, which will cause abnormal wear of the floor surface.
