WPC floor is a new type of floor, which is made of high molecular material, environmental protection, no heavy metal, and no formaldehyde, close to solid wood floor. WPC floor is light and easy to install. It can be directly paved on the original ground without compressing the space. 1. Composition
WPC : Wood Plastic Composition=LVT Layer + WPC Core
The LVT layer and WPC layer of WPC are bonded by glue, and the peel strength is very good, even better than the bonding strength of LVT color film and frosted sheet after hot pressing
The stability of WPC is better than that of PVC
WPC floor in the high temperature of 80 degrees plus or minus 2 degrees for 6 hours, take out the normal temperature of 23 degrees plus or minus 2 degrees, 50% humidity for 24 hours observation. The results are as follows: length shrinkage is 0.08%; width shrinkage is 0.05%; warpage: 0.25 mm, LVT: 0.08-0.15%; warpage: 0.5-1.2 mm
